I paid more than that for mine and it sounds like they were in the same condition. Look at it from two perspectives. If you plan on parting it out, is there enough there to "part"? If you plan to restore it, is there enough of a foundation to make a go of it? If it's a decent rolling chassis but is missing/needs the expensive bits, maybe you could get 'er going again. Depends on what your ultimate goal is. I really like working on this model as it's so simple and easy to maneuver around in a small shop like mine.
