The Light-Heavy is your draft control lever. The other is your Raise-lower for the 3 point. Unless someone has changed it over to a fast hitch setup you can hook into any cat 1 and I think maybe cat 2, 3 point impliment.

As far as noisy hydrolics mine aren't all that noisy. Check the filters! Their is a good chance they may be plugged and starving the pump. Do the hydro's work alright? Or are they just noisy?
