Phil, I've seen a couple gas 350's at auctions in MN & WI. They have been selling around the $2,000 range. My guess is the loader is a "trip bucket". They've been selling for $400-$750. So I wouldn't spend much more then $2500-$2750 for it (condtion and part of the country make a diff.). In addition, the older tractors this size, the gas seems to bring a better price. If your expirience is with gas engines, you may want to avoid a diesel. You will need to work on it someday, and the diesel may make it tough going. I think it's about a 40 hp with live hydro and power steering. You can put a 3pt on it but it probaly has a fast hitch
