Had the same problem last spring with my 856. I replaced the power steering pump and went through the control valve assembly. It still didn't work. Then one day it started working on it's owne. I talked to the original owner and he said it happened all the time over the winter months. Just get the nose of the tractor headed down hill and let it sit there and run and it will fix itself. Hope this helps.
