Take the glass bowl all the way off and look up into where it came off. There should be a screen of some sort, kinda like fly screens in your windows. But you said when you drained the bowl the gas came fast at first then slowed down. Do this again, but next time after it slows down, take your gas cap off the tank. Sounds like a vent problem like I mentioned before. Anyway, make sure your screen is clean before going any further. Hope this helps. - good luck!
