Does anybody know how to make a TA eliminator?

I'm looking for some ideas on how to make a TA eliminator. I work in a machine shop so any machining would be easy to do. I'm just wondering if anybody else has already done this. I looked at Bates Corp website and their setup looks like a ta without the rollers. Is there an easier way, maybe just a shaft and some couplers? I don't care about resale because I'm never going to sell it. Thanks!
