There are a number of color restorers on the market, Color Back being one. I have seen it, and may have even used it at one time. Can't remember.

Most of the finish or color restorers are very mild rubbing compounds which, when applied, get rid of the oxidized and faded surface of a paint coat. Most have protectants built in the mix.

I was a heavy user of a product called Star Brite many years ago. I think it's no longer made, but it worked great. It would even remove tarnish, very light rust, and small tar spots.
