My experience with IH disk brakes is that after you rebuild them if you set them up too tight they will cause heat and expand and get tight just driving. Set them loose if you put on new pads until they have had time to break in and get some of the (fuzz) off the facings. Also check the splines, remove any rust, place a light coat of grease and then remove the grease, and the linings will move on the splines without hanging up. Not one of IH's best idea until they updated them with removable shims later sieries.
