attending auction for 340 farmall

i am going to a auction which includes a farmall 340 wide front tractor w/3 point. all i know is it is a working tractor and in fair to good condition. this is a complete sell everything on the farm type auction. can someone give me a reasonable idea what a tractor like this should be worth. i would be purchasing it to do lite work( fire break, clean corrals, drag the drive way) around my little 4 acres. thanks in advance.
