It will work! We had a petcock screwed into the plug hole on our old H Farmall and used it when the power was off to run one milker. Would run a long rubber hose from the manifold to the end petcock on the air line for the milkers over the stancions. Dad would still milk by hand and could almost keep up one for one with the H. Still seemed like it took a long time most likely due to the darkness with only the lights from the H pointed into the barn door and a couple of kerosene lanters. Circa 1950's.
