What have been your transmission problems in the M

I am replacing the bull pinion bearings and input shaft bearing in an M I have and have also found out the ring and pinion have teeth missing from a bad bearing there to, (this tractor always has cleen oil but has pulled hard) and was wondering what have others found worn out in there transmissions on H,M 400 and 560's
