Thanks guys, I am sure it is a 6v. And I messed up, I was talking about the generator. I know the starter is a 6v. We had it running today for the first time. Rough, but we used the old ignition parts. The mag is good, like new. So we got a set of plug wires , cap, rotor,and new plugs. Tommarow we will put the sediment bowl and new fuel lines on along with new belts, and try again. Then it's just decals and a new seat, muffler and ready for parade and show season. I think we will have a lot of fun with this one!! Tim.
