As the others suggest change to a lighter or multviscosity oil. I use 15W-40 year round in my 6 volt Super H and MM �U�. They crank and start reliably at 0 deg and below. (I�m in cold, snowy NY too...)

However if it cranks slow even when jumped on 12 volts you may have an electrical problem also. Look for undersized battery cables, bad cable terminals, worn out starter switch, a worn out/stuck starter brush or a bad solder connection inside the starter.
