The best thing would be to change the fluid periodically. This is just the result of the system heating up and then as it cools back down it will draw air back in as everything contracts. If you are in a high humidity region it will be more pronounced. Sometimes if a tractor has been sitting for awhile you can just loosen the drain plug and let all of the water drip out around the threads of the draim plug. It is still a good idea to change the fluids, especially if the oil has a milky color to it.
