ours was turned up by an engine builder. He used a little more than a screwdriver and 7/16 wrench on it. The motor's only been opened up for a head gasket, torque amplifiers and pto clutches are something else though.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
