There are some differences, about anything will fit. There will be differences in the jets (the main jet on a gas carb is not adjustable), and there may be differences in the size of the inlet on the carb and the outlet on your air cleaner. Specifically for your serial number, assuming you have a gasoline engine: Carter, IH number 354184R93; Zenith 161x7, IH number 352376R92; Zenith 67x7, IH number 355485R91; these are listed in the parts manual.
