Thanks for the advice guys, I ordered a radiator mounting kit through a reputable company. The springs might be 1/4 to 1/2" longer than the old springs and are a little narrower so I will probably try to put a washer on top of them. The old springs still look like they have good spring in them, but were a bit rusty so I wanted to replace them. I think I might be able to unthread the studs a bit and maybe get the nut on the stud. I thought that there might be a "trick" to it that someone would know about. I guess I will just have to grunt a little more. RayA
