I'll second the vote for 3/4 inch by 5 inches long, at least a grade 5. You will need a total of 8 bolts,nuts, and lock washers. You might want to look for these at your Case-IH dealer.
I might also add that for guaranteed traction in snow or on ice, you just cannot beat a pair of tire chains.
