560D Injection Pump

I had the pump and injectors rebuilt. The engine starts and runs very good for about 15 seconds,
then dies slowly like it is running out of fuel.
All lines are clear, filters are new, and there is a good fuel supply going into the pump. Is
there another filter or screen inside the pump?
