It really sounds like you got water in the oil somehow. Is the tractor parked outside or was left out in the rain? I had the same problem with my Kubota, changed out all the old oil and filter, refilled and kept it dry. No more problems.

The part about the extra fluid is kind of weird. It must be coming from somewhere or funnels in someway. I don't think that it is coolant, I don't think that there is a way for coolant to mix with the oil, but I could be wrong.
