Just got a 140 and was wondering...

If anyone could let me know the recommended fluids and capacities. Also if it's ok to use regular antifreeze. I've only run the tractor for a couple hours today but noticed that everytime the governor starts to open up under a load the engine starts loping. Anything I should know before I start tearing into the carburator? Thanks Stoney
