Originally, the LoBoy's changed from 6 volts to 12 volts beginning with serial number 16398. The 1109611 is a 6 volt starter and just maybe that number is a replacement part. It looks as if that starter might be not original, but a repair part only. Not certain about that. Unless someone has changed some other parts of the charging system, your tractor is one of the last of the 6 volt models. Do the lights work?
