What do you mean by "jumps around"? Could it be that you have an "automatic" charger? I have a 15 amp charger of this brand and when it is on the 15 amp setting and the battery is nearly fully charged, it accomplishes the automatic feature by turning off and back on every so often until the battery is fully charged. That wouldn`t be what you are seeing, is it?
