300U Steering just gave way?

I was about to do some raking with my 300U. I started to turn the steering wheel while I backed up and all of a sudden i felt the wheel give and now the wheels dont turn. I can turn the wheel but the wheels dont move. What have I done? Is there a woodruff key in the steering gear box or something that broke? Please help. Thanks in advance.
