You probaly have U6 combine or stationary engine they would bolt into M. If it is U6 it will have boss for fuel pump covered with metal plate. New replacement blocks fron IH also sometimes had dipstick. The engine mounted pump with 2 lines from bottom of tractor sounds like tractor has been converted to live hydraulics and old belly pump is being used for resorvoir. This is from memory so anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
