I would say yes the A will work good for snow, as long as it is under 18" deep, and you can angle the blade. I now use a Polaris ATV for snow and it works good but I would like for it to weigh more. With me sitting on the ATV and the blade it weighs about 1000lbs. The best tractor setup is with a loader so you can pile the snow up. I watched my neighbor use a skidsteer loader last year and having 10000 lbs and hydrostatic 4wheeldrive is great. I might buy a snow thrower, but at $1000 for a new one is kinda of steep.
