If your thinking these numbers are the same or even close, it's not likely. Both the gas and diesel engines used in the 560 had many other applications, such as combines, dozers, stationary engines, other tractors, etc., so unless it is a very early 560 the engine serial number may be much larger than tractor serial number. If trying to determine if it is the original engine your best way would compare casting codes on engine with castings on the rest of tractor.
