What you probably mean is a Model 20 TracTracTor. These units used an engine extremely similar to the 10-20 wheel tractor. Rally the only difference is that the Model 20 utilized a fuel pump. IHC manufactured a little over 1500 of these, from 1928 to 1931, and they are pretty hard to find. They seem to be scattered all over the country with no particular location better than another. I have a 1931 model myself that came from California. Value is whatever you think it should be. It is not a common piece, so take it from there. I have pictures of mine of you would like to see a good original one.
