Terry, Nobody wants a bad transaction, however, nobody here on this forum is in any position to resolve it for you. All we know is that you have a problem, and nothing more, and if we did, how can you expect anyone here to make a judgement without knowing the other side of the issue. I don't know these people in Kindred N.D. but if I were in their shoes, I would be less apt to try to work anything out with you had I learned that you broadcast the problem here rather than settle it amoung the relevant parties. My gut feeling is that being members of a club, that they aren't out to swindle you, anymore than you are out to gain an unfair advantage over them in the transaction. I hope you can work it out, Good Luck.
