I use a lead additive.Have for years now.But imm leaning on something mechanical.Let mee se if I can explain it better.Normally when I pull the throttle lver back it only takes a couple of seconds to rev all the way up.Now it takes about 10 or 15 seconds to rev up,Kinda like I was slowly pulling the lever back.Its seems as though something is holding the throttle back and letting it do it thing slower.Any ideas?
