80w90 gear oil works great for the tranny, but if you have lots of leaks and live in a warmer climate, you can use the 150w gear lube. For the hydraulic, use 30 wt for the belly pump, but if you don't want to cross contaminate implements, then you can use Hi Trans from IH, or whatever you use in your other hydraulic systems in other tractors. The clearances aren't very tight on the belly pump, so if you use the Hi Trans, you may experience some bleed by.
