If anyone near SE Michigan is feeling confined or shut-in, come to Cabela's, in Dundee, on Sunday, Jan. 11. That is on US 23 about 20 miles north of Toledo, Ohio. Our club, Southeast Michigan Antique Tractor and Engine Assoc. (SMATEA),is putting on a farm toy display (no sales) hosted by Cabela's. We have many members who collect farm toys along with the real stuff. I will be bringing my Precision 9N,2N,8N and NAA Jube and some off the shelf Ford toys along with about a dozen Tootsietoy N's and my 1950's JD set. There will also be more green, red, orange, yellow and whatever. Many scales and even remote conrtolled. We do not receive any money or sell anything. Just a good day to socialize. Also, visit our club web page @ smatea.org The home page shows the Ford N's at our 2003 show. The bottom right is my 1971 Ford 100 with 3 of my grand children and that is me above on my 1951 8N. Just to the left you can see Marv Baumann with his Turbin8N. Most of the other pictures are also members. You can find us in the events calendar in the left column of this great website.
