If CIH really can't help you, take the pulley to a bearing supply house and ask for a Speedy-sleeve, or whatever brand they carry. They are specified by diameter, and maybe by length as well. Not cheap, but the best way to get rid of that annoying oil leak. I have used them for other things where the (expensive) shaft was still good except where the seal had worn into it.
