Curt, The IH 240 matches up well with a Wagner 120 loader. Sounds like this may already be the case with the unit you are looking at. Wagner also made a model 65 backhoe that was a perfect companion to the 120 loader when both where mounted on an IH 240 Utility. If you have a good running 240 Utility with a loader on it...it should be worth $3500-4500 depending on the condition of the set. Add a backhoe and it's a $5500-6000 big boy toy.
