I don't know too much about implements for the Farmalls since I just got into them this past summer.
I do have a plow for my C which is a hillside plow.
It has 2 plows but you only use one at a time.
The moldboards are turned the opposite direction of the other plow.
You plow one furrow and instead of backing up to the beginning, you just turn your tractor around and drop the other plow. Of course if you were in a large field, you could go round and round.
I really don't know what size the plows are, but they are bigger and about twice as heavy as the Dearborn plows for my 2 N ford which I think are 14 inch.
Of course, with the C you would only be pulling one plow at a time instead of 2 as I would with the ford.
