Hi, when that would happen on our B414D and 434D, the solution was while going forward slowly with the brake pedals in separated mode step on the left brake and release, repeat with right brake.
In your case the shaft may have become stuck in the on position. The only solution would be to take off the right brake housing and this will allow you to grab the shaft with vise grips and pull shaft out. Be carefull not to score the shaft.
