Try some penetrating type of oil[WD-40,Liquid Wrench,etc.]on the impulse to see if it will free up.I had made the bad mistake of oiling the impulse of mine with 10-30wt. Finally stuck up the pawl so it just kept going click-click after the engine fired.Have used 3 in 1 oil on it after geting it cleaned out,so far OK.
