Farmall Grader

I recently purchased an old Farmall grader, it looks to be factory built, but, is in pretty rough condition, I thought about starting on it as a restoration project, And I am sure it is salvagable, but, I now see, that it is more than I want to tackle, I think it is all there, as near as I can tell, And It looks like an M, with a grader front end added on, does anyone know anything about these, and are they rare, I've been around farm machinery all my life, and this is the first one I have ever seen.
