On my Super A (not guaranteed to be the same as your 100) you have the fan blades, then the two pulleys, then there is a nut, and then the shaft goes through the casting for the upper water elbow. If you loosen the one in front of the casting (directly behind the pulleys) you should then be able to slide the fan up to tighten the belt. If your water pump/generator belt is tight you should slacken this first to allow you to complete the adjustment on the pulley. I hope this helps. SAm in NS
