Hey, Im a bit confused over how to start a C. Im getting parts together now si that I can start it, but Im not sure what all I need. Im getting a mag, and have an ignition switch. Im going 6V, so ill need a 6V battery and huge 2 gauge cables. Ive got a good starter (i hope) and Im not worried about the lights yet. I dont have the starting Rod. I can get "just the rod) but Im not sure how the ROD works. I know the starter button is on the starter, I need that too. Where can Ifind the proper Starter switch? Does the rod pull a lever? Does the rod go straight to the switch? I need a generator too, as well as an upper gen mount. The previous owner chopped the old one to fit the alternator. Thanks! tommy
