Need opinions on this gear.

I got the trans tore down today. Only 2 gears have missing teeth. The 2nd 3rd sliding gear and the constant mesh gear.
What do you guys think about these gears? No teeth are missing but looks kind of worn and some pitting.Alo on the 4th/5th sliding gear there is some evedence of gear grinding on the part that is in line with the main shaft. If you know what I am talking about?
