Trickle charger

I keep my 340 with a six volt system out at the home place. I need to go out and plow snow with it in the evening or on weekends. Seems when ever I go out there the battery wont start the tractor without first putting it on the charger for an hour or so. Battery was new 2 years ago, starts good when warmed up. Has anyone tried one of these trickle chargers for lawn tractors/atv's? I don't leave it on the regular charger because I don't know when I can get back out there and don't want to burn it up. PUTTER
