Glen, Try going to the YT "classified ads" and posting a wanted query for the PTO and pulley assembly. There are a lot of people who have parts who scan the classifieds and will contact you. Leave an E.Mail address and see what happens. I just bought an auxillary gas tank and radiator shutter linkage by doing that. I got several responses and one of the sources had exactly what I was looking for. As to price, It depends on how bad you want the part, and what you and the seller can negotiate, but expect to lay out somewhere around $200.00 for a complete assembly.
