Chad, If NAPA can cross-reference to the IH part number exactly, the seals and bearings you would get from NAPA will be the same as what you would get from IH. I don't think you would be sacrificing quality as you would in some other areas. You just have to know exactly what you want because odds are that NAPA or any other automotive parts outlet will not have an IH parts manual, only a cross-reference to a particular part number.
