Oil for Lift all

What kind of oil should I use in the Lift all on my H? I have heard 30 wt non detergent oil will work,it may have hyd fluid in it now,how do you drain it? Would it hurt to mix fluids? I am installing a 3 point hitch with a cylinder that has an eight inch stroke, any ideas on how much fluid to put in this thing? Sorry for all the questions but I need to know.Thanks Ed
