I don't have a cub, but my cousin does. I haven't seen a cub with a blade on it either. My cousin has a blade but it is still at grandmas farm, by the looks of it there is a bar on the back of the blade that connects under the tractor. There is a sort of backwards drawbar under the tractor for implements, Then there should be a piece of flat bar on the right side of the tractor by the axle that the blade should connect to with a chain or something. Then you can lower it with the hdy. Hope this helps.
