WR9 fenders and decelerator

I have a 1946 McCormick-Deering W9 retro-fitted with a Perkins P6 diesel. It has wide fenders and a foot-decelerator. I want to know if these are factory fit or retro. Can anybody give me the dimensions of the WR9 factory-fit wide fenders and foot decelerator and the fixings so that I can check my tractor?
