I have seen a picture of a C/Super C in one of my books, I don't remember if it was a conversion or factory, parts aren't listed in my C parts book. I think those are 42 inch rims not sure -- the rims and extensions are supposed to be silver. the conversion was for tobacco or cane, I believe. The large single front would be similar to those found on the cotton picker tractors (H/M). Did make a C cotton picker tractor? -- if so those parts are listed in the cotton picker book.
