Chipped Piston Sleeve - 1940 B

Folks:
I had the local CaseIH delear pull the sleeves on my B so I could sanblast them before rebuilding the engine since the tractor has been sitting since the early 1980's. One of the sleeves was chipped when it was pulled it is about the size of half a dime. Is it ruined? If is is do any of you know where I can get a new sleeve? I want to reuse the M&W Power Add stepped head pistons that I have.
