i would attempt to try and break it loose, you might get lucky and it won't be stuck bad. I once got an F-14 that was sitting in the woods with no carb and the exauset was gone. i stuck the crank in it and it was stuck, i figured i would see how bad it was so i put all my weight on the crank and she come loose. would have ran good if the carb had the right needle jets in it.
